Terms/Policies
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges if an event cancels. Spybaby Bridal is not responsible for variations in dye lot. Sizing can be suggested based on size chart recommendations as per the designer size chart, yet the final sizing decision is up to the customer. Alterations, cleaning, and pressing are not included in pricing. All orders are special orders and cannot be cancelled. Any discounts or sale specials will be specified at checkout and good for date of checkout only. Future discounts are not available on previous purchases. In store promotional discounts may not be offered through our online store.
Shipping/Delivery Dates
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an approximate ship date and confirmation # within 48 hours. For bridal gowns, allow up to 20 weeks for delivery. Allow up to 16 weeks for delivery on bridesmaids gowns. Allow up to 16 weeks for prom/pageant/mother of the bride orders. Some designers may have your order in stock. In this case, we will request immediate expedition of your gown. Gowns in stock at the designer warehouses may arrive within just a few weeks. Designer ship dates are approximate and shipments may run early or late.
- Once your gown arrives to our warehouse, it is inspected for any possible defects. The color, sizing, and length will also be verified. If there is any problem with your gown when it arrives, we will immediately contact you.
- Once your gown clears quality control, it will be packaged and shipped to the shipping address provided. If your shipping address has changed since your order, please contact us immediately. Your gown will be shipped by either Fedex, USPS, or UPS, depending upon the size of the package.
- Bridal gowns are shipped free of charge and include a breathable zip storage bag (valued at $20).
- Prom/pageant/mother of the bride dresses are shipped with a flat $10 fee per gown.
- Bridesmaids will ship for a $15 flat fee for as many gowns as ordered up to 6 dresses. Each additional gown will add $1 to the shipping cost.
- Shipping fees outside the Continental US, such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are to be determined based on the ship to address.
Please note: An automatic $100 fee will be charged on any refused packages.
Zipper Alert
Zippers can be highly sensitive. Spybaby Bridal suggests that you have someone zip you into the dress to avoid zipping against the grade of the zipper and breaking it. We recommend that you first hook and eye the top of the zipper, and then zip. It is important to keep the zipper straight. If the zipper gets caught on the lining, etc, then stop. Do not force the zipper. Simply go back down with the zipper and keep any beading or fabric away from the teeth. We are not responsible for broken zippers.
Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is available for most designers. Rushes are not guaranteed. Rush delivery dates will vary per designer, yet average 14 weeks. There are different rush fees per designer.
Allow yourself ample time for delivery and alterations.
Pricing
The pricing provided on this website is the same as retail prices provided in our retail location. Spybaby Bridal is not a discounter. Spybaby Bridal has agreed to follow the pricing guidelines as set forth by the gown designers. Each designer has there own pricing policies retailers must follow. Pricing may vary somewhat from retailer to retailer depending upon their overhead requirements. Our goal is to provide you with enough guidance in ordering the proper size to reduce the alterations expense. So, please, if you need guidance at all, contact us and someone will walk you through the measuring process.

Please specify the designer, color, fabric and we can try to get a swatch from the designer. Swatches are provided based on designer availability. Some swatches may not be available.
