Sizing/How to Measure
Sizing will vary per designer. Consult the size chart of the designer you chose to determine sizing. To be sure you order the proper size, refer to the following instructions. Please note that sizing in the Bridal Industry runs normally at least one size smaller than your clothing size. This means that you should order up a size. Please order the size you are currently, even if you have plans to lose weight. Remember, there are no changes in size allowed once an order has been placed.
- Bust: The bust measurement should be taken around the fullest part of the bust. Cup size may adjust the bust size. A good rule of thumb is to add an inch per cup size to the bust measurement to accommodate for cup size.
-
Waist: The waist measurement is the natural waist. Do not measure low on the waist where everyone wears their jeans. Bend from side to side and the put the tape measure where the waist cracks. It's above the belly button, but below the rib cage.
-
Hips: The hip measurement is around the fullest part of the hip with the feet put together.
